DHL delivery service

DHL came to drop a package off - they called the number (the person who answered wasn't at home so they called me). I had to call someone who was at home because I was out (there was NO indication of what time the driver will be coming)... I managed to get hold of someone who was at home (this took about 2 minutes) only to hear that the driver called to say "I'm in such a rush I'll just leave your parcel at PostNet". What a load of *******, the driver did not even ring the door bell, he called once and then called again to say he's in a rush and needs to leave.

I'm sorry, but that is unacceptable and I'm very unimpressed.
