DHL Delivery Missing Yet Still Shows As Delivered

We have placed an order for products from Cape Union Mart. they then shipped it from China. According to the traking information our parcel was delivered ib a Saturday morning at 7:12. I work from home and we live in a complex and in order for a delivery vehicle to enter our complex. We have 2 cctv cameras pointed at the gate and I run the camera systems so I am able to view all the footage. I have watched the footage from the cameras for a couple of days before and after the aparent delivered date and found no delivery vehicles entering the complex especially from DHL.We have then contact the tracking company in China and they informed us that DHL was the delivery company assigned in South Africa to deliver the parcel.
