DHL delivers (finally)!

I am pleased to advise that, after reporting my problem with DHL, which had been ongoing since March 2020, I was contacted a day later by someone more senior at DHL. Although I had to begin again with sending documents and with explanations, and had to prompt this person after he did not get back to me after a week, they finally delivered the suitcase on 18h September (6 months after it landed in SA). I had no advance warning of the delivery, they simply arrived. the up side is that they dropped the storage charges and the suitcase appears to be in good condition. Thank you DHL for finally getting your act together!
