DHL delivers envelope to wrong continent.
DHL took my document from Stellenbosch to Portugal, it arrived in Portugal only to then be sent to Angola, where it still is, with no indication of a future delivery date.
Upon complaining to Customer line, a promise was made that I would be contacted but to date, no one has contacted me.
Empty promises, zero customer service, and a very poor service. The documents are so important, people's lives are on hold due to the documents being "stuck" in Angola. How is it possible with barcodes and scanners and technology that someone is so unprofessional?
