DHL delay tactics

Good day,

I was expecting a parcel from DHL today with a little bit of apprehension as I have come to know over the years that they come up with all sorts of excuses not to deliver on a Friday. I have a parcel from the US and this morning as regular as clockwork I got a messae from DHL that they cannot deliver duw to incorrect address and I was directed to their site to correct the address on their system which is definitely not what my sender wrote in the US. I contacted my sender and they confirmed this is not what was captured in the US but probably jumbled up to delay delivery. Looks like the DHL personnel know the loop hole in the system that if you have to correct the address their system automatically blocks delivery on that day meaning you can only choose Monday.
