DHL delay my delivery

I received a parcel from Hong Kong, 2 weeks ago and the CBCU init detained my shipment for verification of value, they requested that I send them the proof of payment to the supplier which I did but I still don't have my shipment and they have not requested for any other document. When I follow up with the DHL agent they tell me that they have no feedback for me. This is highly unacceptable as i have done all they requested but my shipment is still being held back, I urgently need the goods for an event in 2 weeks time.<br> Waybill/ Tracking number ***
