DHL Customs
I bought a phone from Revibe in April, it got damaged and had to be returned back. It only got shipped in May and I am now struggling to get it back it is stuck in customs because of DHL and their poor service and communication skills. They keep requesting information from me which I do not have and are taking ages to reply to me and they have a timeframe in which they'll charge me for the phone which they have! I need urgent assistance otherwise I will sue and expose them!!!!!
