DHL /Custom ****

I order quite a few things online from different suppliers overseas. But there seem to be a thing going on between DHL and South African customs.When shipping is done via DHL,,for the last 3 times i was penalized by customs, due to under declaration of purchase, which i have no control over, nor would I know if its true. So customs charge R 700 ($48) penalty + Under declared amount + disbustment fee. And the moment there is any query at customs, there is an automatic set DHL processing fee of a R 1000 ($67), That is besides the R 400 ($27) you pay originally for the shipping. So at the end of the day you pay 5 x the value of your purchase, and if you cant pay you lose the parcel, or it gets confiscated, or go to some warehouse (joke) Sure someones house. Here is the funny part, this only happens when DHL is involve, so if you can avoid DHL use a different shipping Courier, as i have instructed suppliers , i will only buy from them if its not DHL, because this never happen when you use different courier
