DHL Crumbling under pressure

We have five boxes being shipped from China. Although DHL is expensive, we chose to pay the premium for fast and reliable delivery. It has now been 10 days since the boxes were collected, and no one at DHL can confirm when we will receive them.

The tracking information on the website is inconsistent and confusing. One box arrived yesterday, but every time I contact customer service, I’m told that one box is in Leipzig, another in Frankfurt, and two are in London. It’s extremely frustrating that a single shipment is spread across four different countries, with delays being vaguely attributed to the war in the Middle East.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the high price we are paying. At this point, we have no clear idea when to expect the remaining boxes. I strongly advise others to think carefully before using DHL, as the lack of clarity and accountability has been very disappointing.
