DHL Couriers

I placed an order with DHL to have a package collected and delivered to me. They refused to take the parcel because it was not wrapped properly. They explained to me that it had to be bubble wrapped and in an envelope. That was exactly what I did. This is now the second day they refuse to collect parcel due to packaging. i don't know what to do anymore and all they do is PUT ME ON HOLD!!!

Please DHL collect and deliver my parcel.
