DHL Courier from S.A to Zimbabwe Harare63

I sent my parcel with DHL in Blackheath branch. I was asked to pay for customs duty on the Zimbabwean side US$70 which we paid. My daughter phoned DHL Harare Monday 10 May and was asked again to pay US$40 despite the fact that it was already cleared. The DHL in Harare don't want to release my parcel. I phoned DHL customer service in South Africa and also informed me that all payments were done and could not understand why DHL HARARE are holding onto the parcel. I will never ever again use DHL and I was even warned by several people why I had used DHL
