DhL cost me my job

My contract just got terminated because of a call center agent at DHL now i lost my job. I wanted to make a booking on behalf of my boss, as i called the first lady i spoke to she did tell me that medication to individuals without prescription is prohibited at USA, i decided to call again and speak to a different person and he told me the same thing i even asked him to put it on email and yes was helpful, i then showed my boss the email but than she told me im telling her nonsense i cnt do my job.,she thn called dhl spoke to a different person and the collection went through. And then that was the end of my job i was called ***********, i cannot do my job so they not renewing my contract nextweek.the sad part is another lady was also fired july 2020 because of the same incident. I need to get to the bottom of this becuase now i also lost my job.
