DHL = CONARTISTS

<p>I ordered goods through Iherb. Upon payment checkout I was notified of and paid a shipment fee of R250 (Value of goods was R1000) No additional fees were mentioned. The next day, i received an email from DHL instructing me to settle a clearance fee of R450. I contacted DHL and was questioned on the contents of my shipment, to which i gave full details. I queried the additional charges and was not given any explanation. Desperate for my goods (which were 9 items of makeup!) i settled the clearance fee and no further contact was made with me. The next day, i received yet another email questioning the contents of my shipment, to which i responded to Zaid King with my proof of order. No feedback was given. Hours later, i contacted DHL directly and was told that there are possibly ADDITIONAL charges ontop of the R700 i had already paid and that my goods were STILL with clearance. I questioned this and no answers were given! I still do not know why i have had to pay R700 and possibly an additional fee for MAKEUP to the value of R1000!!!!!! I am highly upset and do not know where all my money is going!! this is theft at best and i demand answers!!!!</p>
