DHL Christmas Nightmare - Thumbs DOWN

DHL International, and DHL Rodgau in particular: Rating - 0 stars A Parcel sent on 08 December 2019 from Bremen has been and still is stuck in Rodgau Germany for 3 months now. My daughter has been to a DHL office in Bremen this morning. They assure her that the parcel is in the region of the receiver, which is Jeffrey's Bay, South Africa. The tracking page STILL reflect RODGAU. Nobody at the South African office is prepared to assist or investigate. The same story at DHL in Bremen. What was meant as a Christmas gift is now a DHL NIGHTMARE. Shame on DHL.
