DHL changes the price to suit themselves
Last month i Asked DHL to collect and deliver 3 small boxes and send them to me in Saudi Arabia. The cost then was approx. R1650. I requested the same this month with no changes to the size, shape or weight (same as last month). This month the price is R2255. When i asked why i received no reply. I have sent off 4 or 5 emails to DHL with absolutely no response whatsoever. So it seems they charge what they feel like at the time. I will NOT be using DHL in the future.

please be advised that our prices change all the time and are influenced by the fuel surcharge that changes month on month. As a gesture of goodwill we will discount the price that you have paid already at 25% off as a once off discount . Going forward we will be charging you our normal prices given by the system.
