DHL Cape Town is excellent!

I was surprised to see all the bad reviews...the service I got from DHL was excellent from the word go! Reading the reviews, I realize that I should've asked for the name of the gentleman at the call center in Cape Town who assisted me. Even the patient man who waited for me to fill in the waybill (twice as I struggled a bit). Big thank you to both of you. I am starting to think that the good reviews are all of DHL Cape Town. So my story * I used the express service, and it was expensive, but worth it. I had very important documents sent from Cape Town to Auckland, New Zealand. It was sent within the 5 days as promised, and delivered even earlier than expected. I loved the fact that I could track the process and knew exactly where the item was at all times. DHL Cape Town, it is obvious that you stand out as the best branch and a saving Grace for the rest of DHL, as it seems the bad reviews aren't meant for you. I highly recomment DHL Cape Town!
