DHL Botswana service is APPALLING

I am deeply disappointed with DHL's services in Botswana. I recently sent a mobile phone through their service, and the experience has been utterly appalling. Not only did it take an excruciatingly long 15 days for the package to be dispatched, but the communication and processing throughout the ordeal were abysmal.

The lack of transparency and efficiency is unforgivable. Considering the vital nature of the item being sent, such delays are unacceptable. I cannot emphasize enough how frustrating and inconvenient this entire process has been.

I urge anyone considering using DHL to send items to Botswana to think twice. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services. It's a shame that a company with such a renowned global presence fails so miserably in delivering on its promises.
