DHL Botswana is way too slow

I have ordered and paid for a parcel coming from Hong Kong, the shipment left Hong Kong on 22 October 2021 and it was received in Gaborone Botswana on 25 October 2021. The date of delivery to Palapye, Botswana was shlcheduled for 29 October 2021. Every day since i have been told that the shipment will be delivered to me the next day the next day the next day. I am really sick and tired of waiting and being told i will receive my parcel the next day. They take their time getting the parcels cleared and once it has been cleared by customs they take their time getting it released for delivery.

That does not help at all. I have spoken to them this morning and requested to speak to the manager, i was told that she (Sylvia) would phone me back, and i am still waiting. I dont understand why the parcle has to take 1 whole day to be moved to the dispatch department. (which is in the same town)... This is still very unacceptable
