If I could have given them a negative rating, I would. Just avoid, so many other reputable service providers. If you a get a response like "we're handling thousands of packages, its the customer's responsibility to do it on their own" you know this company has lost touch with its customers completely. Your package will be late/wrong/delayed and your customer experience terrible. Avoid.
