DHL and ********* and immoral business practice.

I ordered a book from the UK and paid for it to be couriered to my door. I have today received an email from DHL saying that I must pay an amount in respect of VAT, which I have no problems paying, and an additional fee to DHL. DHL on accepting the job was fully aware that the book needed to be processed through customs but made no mention of the fact that they would charge more money for this. This is an ********* and immoral business practice and they and their employees should be embarrassed at the way in which they conduct business.
