DHL AND ITS DISCREPANCIES

DHL in Johannesburg has detained my shipment and is charging me more that R10000 to have it cleared for release. It's human hair that weighs 2kgs that had already been paid for shipment from China. Their description of goods on the invoice is for something else, their duties and levies aren't in line with SARS regulations and they have taken the liberty to act on my behalf as a clearing agent without my consent. The guy who I've been liaising with at DHL says that he wasn't aware of the incorrect information on the invoice and it's custom's fault. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.
