On the 30th of October 2020 I got a message that delivery had been attempted at my house and I wasn't home. A big fat lie! I have no idea why a driver or someone would lie about a delivery attempt. I normally get a call when a courier company is at the gate. If you want a company that can be trusted to deliver in time or take responsibility when it can't deliver in time, go for another courier, not DHL. When they miss a deadline they'll lie and say you weren't home. Really bad service, blaming customers when the fault is with them
