I sent a package containing very important documents from South Africa, Cape Town to Samana,Dominican Republic . Package left SA on the 3rd October 2024. To date the package has not been delivered. They cannot give us exact location of the package and it is difficult to communicate with DHL in Santo Domingo due to them not speaking english. I will not recommend sending important documents via DHL. The service is extremely bad, no support. They do not prioritize customer satisfaction. I have never had thks problem with other international couriers. A small document that cost R1800 to send, is now missing.
