DHL a no show since last year
My parcel has been with them since December20.2017 I've been sent from pillar to post by call center agents who never give a straight answer. The said the parcel is with customs for clearance . How long does it take to clear something while I submitted all paperwork. Now they telling me that my parcel is being moved to a government warehouse and that costs a R10 daily. DHL is a shady company and their staff stole my goods now they making excuses. DHL is a bunch of *******. DHL sucks!

Your consignment is detained by CBCU and upon inspection it was found that the shipment value has been under declared. Your proof of payment and invoice have been submitted to CBCU and we are waiting for their report.
In as much as we endeavour for positive customer experiences we do not control the customs clearance process. The process is regulated and controlled by government officials in each country. DHL is obligated by law under Section 38 (1A) and 43 (1) of the Customs and Excise Act of 1964 to remove any and all uncleared goods to the Government States Warehouse, please be assured that no one has ****** your goods. Once CBCU grants us a release, your goods will be retrieved and delivered to you.
