Absolutely terrible communication from this company. I booked a parcel to be picked up for Friday th 8th. The website allowed me to specify a time, I did so (9-11) the parcel was supposed to be delivered by Tuesday according to their website. I called on Friday only to be told that they use a 3rd party company to assist but it will be collected. I followed up again on Monday only to be told the same thing. Finally it got picked up late afternoon on Monday with no chance of the parcel arriving by Tuesday. I contacted them on Tuesday for an update to be advised that the parcel is still with the 3rd party. I asked if they had my contact details and email address which they confirmed they did but they did not bother to contact me once. It is now Friday again and still the parcel is with the 3rd party. What is the point of me booking with DHL if you cannot deliver the service that is listed on your website. Easily the worst communication from a delivery company.
