DHL 3rd party delivery partner tardy service. Takes more days than DHL to bring the parcels from abroad to deliver. They constantly lie that they were unable to contact the owner or find anyone with no proof.

As usuall DHL third parties taking days tellling lies that they can find me when there is scurity at the gate who registers anyone who get's there and calls from the intercom.

My parcel from the US arrived in South Africa Wednesday and was sent to a 3rd party for delivery wednesday till today nothing. This morning they then updated that the 3rd party said they cannot find me on my phone and at my place, a blatant LIE. I called DHL and logged a complaint this morning. As usual I was told the parcel is out for Delivery and there is nothing they can do. On Friday's these delivery partners do not deliver anything. They updated the system at 5pm to say they could not contact the consignee. Maybe midweek next week when they feel like it they will bring the parcel. I had stopped using DHL because of the tardy 3rd party delivery partners they use to cheaper Fedex but came back againg because DHL delivers faster. IT beats the purpose that DHL gets the parcel to the Delivery partner in less tahn 3 days and the delivery partner takes 3+ days just to deliver!

My waybill number : *** I called the DHL help line and logged a complaint but that still never gets your parcel delivered. Maybe a complaint to their regulator and consumer counsel will get customers the respect we deserve.
