DHL

I had to courier 3 cellphones (old) to St Helena Island amongst a few other goods. I paid and thought all is fine. The afternoon DHL let me know that they may only courier 2 phones. Why, I would not know. I went to pick up the phone that could not be sent. When it arrived in St Helena Island, my daughter went to the office to pick it up, but the DhL employee was on leave…. Now she must wait untill she return to work before the parcel can be picked up. The phones was for her 3 boys… now one boy has to go without a phone. I will rather use the airline direct in future to send parcels.
