Deplorable Service

I ordered meds from another country where the cost of 6 month's supply is less than the cost one month's supply in SA. (Talk about being ********** by the big pharma) The seller used DHL. I paid $100 for DHL's service. The goods arrived in SA but was not allowed to be released to me by SAHPRA. I enquired from DHL whether the goods could be returned to the supplier. I was told it could be done but the cost would be R4 400. I negotiated a cost of R 3 600 and duly paid DHL. It's been a month since I paid and DHL cannot tell me where the goods are. When I paid, I was not informed that the goods may have been destroyed by SAHPRA. I was advised of this after I paid. I am still waiting to hear whether the goods were destroyed by SAHPRA or whether they have been returned to the supplier. THis is all that i hear every so often. Hope you are well
