Deplorable, Horrible, Lacking = DHL
<p>My words basically echo the other hundreds of disgruntled, disgusted, dissatisfied clients of DHL. A gift sent to me from daughter in Dubai and dispatched on 18 September 2016, still lying somewhere in Cape Town.</p> <p>Like so many others, despite numerous calls, loads of precious air time wasted and emails to DHL Customer Service - no parcel. Only confusion and immense frustration leading me to believe that DHL do NOT care about small clients like me.</p> <p>It is my opinion that staff are a reflection of the management that train and manage them and based on the left hand never knowing what the right hand is doing and the total lack of service I have received, I would deem this to be true with DHL.</p> <p>My daughter has now requested that the parcel be returned to her and that we be reimbursed for all costs incurred with this hopeless, failed transaction.</p>

Could you please provide the airway bill number for the shipment in order for me to assist with an investigation to confirm what where the requirements of clearance of your shipment and why the shipment has not
been returned as per your daughter’s request.

It is sad that we have to resort to voicing our complaints publicly on social media in order to get action on an issue.
