Delivery stuck at customs till this day

I received a Horrible experience from a woman named Bontle Masemola works at imports. She didn't want to help at all , kept raising her voice as if she's drunk and doesn't want to listen to my problem but rather quick to answer with a declining answer. I still haven't received my shipment from 20th December because of the customer service unwillingness to help . My money is good as gone ! It is such a shame that the country is so ******* that people are hired without the required skills and knowledge 😔
