DELIVERED MY PARCEL TO WRONG PERSON!! CARELESSNESS

I order something in China over a week ago VERY EXPENSIVE TO ME... When i was checking with my Tracking number it said my order was delivered and Signed for by someone name CLINT??!!! Really???!! When my delivery address and name are clearly stated?! No one bothered to CALL and verify whether im there to receive the parcel when my number was given to them. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. AND I WANT MY MONEY. I trusted DHL but now. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Tracking number is ***. Check for urselves. Nx.
