Delayed delivery - Disappointing!!!
Hi
DHL didn't let me know that the parcel will be delivered by someone else, they said it will be delivered today. It has not been delivered.
Now DHL is saying that RAM will deliver tomorrow, RAM is saying they don't have the parcel and that delivery will take 24/48 hours after they process the parcel.
What is going on DHL? This is not the kind of customer service we pay for.
Absolutely disappointing and frustrating to say the least!
Can't you guys speed up the process with RAM?
