Delayed Delivery and No Communication

I ordered a phone from Revibe, and the estimated delivery date was 4 June. Unfortunately, the delivery has been delayed with no communication from Revibe regarding the status of my order.

When I checked the DHL tracking information, the shipment showed a "Clearance Event" and remained on that status for days. Today was the expected delivery date, but the phone was not delivered, and I have not received any update, explanation.

I needed this phone for personal use, so this delay has caused significant inconvenience. I understand that delays can happen, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication throughout the process.

I would appreciate an update on the status of my order.
