Dealt with Candice. She was super helpful, professional in everyway, walked away feeling like I would use DHL again because she made it so easy. Felt like a personal experience- like she really did want to help. I actually called Loop street DHL a month or so ago and experienced the same helplessness and realised today that she had been the same person who helped me on the phone back then. I have been to other couriers places and certainly did not experience the great service – so it was really appreciated. Thank you Candice. ☺️☺️
