Daylight robery

I ordered supplements from the UK which I have done before using South African post office, which those who don't know, I'd rather pull teeth than deal with them but at least I got the products but it took long. Didn't think you could find worse but guess what DHL is worse. I'd paid almost the same for delivery as what the product cost then I get told I need to pay another 50% of the full amount which includes the delivery costs as part of customs duties, unbelievable where with the post office I paid i think 20% of the cost of the product. Now because the company I bought from had a special of 3 for 2 one of the items has a price of 0 but this is to difficult for them to understand, so my stuff is stuck with them till the company tells them what the product that I got for free is worth just so that they can sc**** a few cents for themselves on the so called customs duties fees which apparently are different if you use the post office. If there is any other option rather use them stay away from DHL, even if it means using post office and waiting a couple of months.
