Day 6, DHL still refuses to help me get money back they basically stole.

Day 6, still R2500 out of pocket thanks to DHL, latest development is that Sue at Accounts promised to send me documents to facilitate my import tax refund, but I've received nothing as yet. I phoned DHL again today and they told me it's my problem until Monday.
