Customs & DHL penalties paid but no delivery

If there was a 0 rating I’d definitely I’ve DHL a 0 no doubt! I have been taken for a complete fool by this company and I swear this is the last time they do this to me. My parcel was meant to be delivered July 12 but we are approaching September now and no parcel in sight. Instead they made me pay R1475 for penalties even they can’t explain and I was “promised” delivery today but nothing. Kekanetswe is nowhere to be found, I sent her an email she didn’t respond I called in I’m told she’s on lunch. Will I ever get this parcel or is it lost like the rest of the others? If someone mentions DHL I swear I’ll lose it! I’ve never seen such incompetence and lies from one company. I’m beginning to think that it will be delivered in December. I wouldn’t be surprised even.

I just received an email saying the parcel has been released. By who, Customs or DHL? See, no one wants to incriminate themselves. They’ll give you closed/short responses so you can call them again and get out on hold for hours. Wow!
