Customs clearance feedback
The people are not helping at all, I tried to CC everyone on the conversation and they do not reply or give you feedback of what is going on when you call they make you wait on the line for a very long time Makhosini & Tshegofatso they 1st act like they are going to help but none or whatsoever it has been 2 weeks now waiting for a mere device... I kept on sending emails asking for feedback but they do not reply at all I even emailed them together Makhosini, Tshegofatso & Aarifah but they are taking their sweet time to assist me.
