Customer Service Team Sucks

Extremely unhappy with DHL express service. My shipment has been stuck in customs for 14 days, and all the information I was able to get was that it's being held for inspection by Port Health. I recieved an email from Jabhile Mbatha asking me to send a PDF of the product I am shipping. I sent it to her an hour later on 2 July. 6 July we called and they told us that they aren't sure why it's taking so long to clear because the PDF has been uploaded on Friday. The lady then sent Jabhile Mbatha a email and copied me in to find out what the issue is and if I can help with any more information. We then called again on Wednesday and got told that the PDF that I had sent 2 July had not been loaded yet and then we should just wait for another notification as they can't put us in contact with Jabhile. It's now 10 July and I still haven't received a reply to that email sent on the 6th. I am now posting this for the second time because I have not even received a reply to my previous review, even tho the posts above mine have gotten replies, and have had another terrible experience with their customer service team being rude,and not being able to answer simple questions. Aside from all of this, most of the customer service team was extremely rude, and only 1 lady named Sade Eiman was nice and helpful
