Customer Experience
After a very frustrating process with the brokerage department at DHL for one of our international import shipments, I submitted a complaint to DHL. Customer Care Executive, Sade Eiman then handled the complaint and escalated the matter to the relevant compliance manager, Busiswa Lubanga. Our shipment has now been released, Monday 13 October 2025. Thank you Sade and Busiswa for your assistance in having this matter resolved.
