Custom clearance issue

Package clearance issues.

Firstly I had to call DHL to find out when will I receive my package. After numerous calls I was informed that my package required relabeling. I was asked to print on stickers. Printing these stickers that cost me a huge sum of money. I had no idea how to print the stickers since I was not given clear direction plus it was the first time buying the product. I was told the stickers I printed was not correct. I must reprint. My emails were ignored. The manner in which emails were written was not right. I was informed my customer service that there was nothing wrong with the email. So who is the customer again? Who paid for the package? According to this person the stickers will be placed in a file so why did I waste so much of money printing out stickers when they refuse to cut the word out from the sticker and place it on the box. According to them it's against the law. So once again why did I print the stickers. Customer care is a waste of time. I did not like the tone of the phone call. I have a right to be upset when I spend so much of money and got no product. I am extremely disappointed and upset with dhl. The customer service is pathetic. This is not how you treat people. I was told they will try return my products so I can get a refund. If not it will be destroyed by customs. How can someone destroy items that don't belong to them? I will never use DHL again. The attitude of these people. I am frustrated.
