COURIER NEVER COLLECTED
Bad experience! Booked a pacel from Beaufort West to Zambia. Very urgent parcel. They said it would be collected by 8/11 before 5pm. I've done payment of R600 etc. NO COLLECTION. Sent numerous emails to the contact person....no reply. When I asked for the managers emailaddress, suddenly the parcel will be collected early on 9/11. 5pm.....NO COLLECTION!!!! 1. The collection date was 8/11 2. No response 3. Still no collection 4. DHL NEEDED AN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT BEFORE THEY COLLECT 5. For what did I pay??? 6. Still no response or collection.
