******* Useless Lying Company

First of all showed my international parcel showed it has arrived in Johannesburg and I had to pay customs. After paying I waited days without anything and when I called they told me that the parcel hasn't arrived in SA. They only sent documents first so I can pay customs, which doesn't make sense at all.

When it arrived in Johannesburg told they cannot deliver because the address was wrong. I told them let me rather fetch it at a collection center and they sent me forms to complete and I completed and emailed back. I called later that day and some guy said the parcel has arrived in Midrand and I can go in morning to fetch it. When I went there the morning I was told the parcel was taken by RAM and it was never in their office. RAM later delivered it to some kid staying next door without even calling me verifying if I know the person and luckily it was safe when I got back home. So how can 3 consultants lie to me and even say the address is wrong yet RAM can go to the incorrect address and deliver.

Never again am I using this company for shipping, so *********** *****. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM DHL as all they do is lie.
