CONTINUOUSLY USELESS

<p>I refer to my last review, dated 4th May, on the useless service I received from DHL. They responded to me and I got a telephone call from Robert Marshall, who asked if I would give them another opportunity to rectify their mistake. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. By this time my son had moved to Boston and once I had his address, I duly gave DHL the parcel to be sent. I preempted the documentation by giving them everything that I had to complete and submit for the previous delivery. IN DUPLICATE!. Not long after that ANOTHER employee from DHL called to ask me for,, guess what! The documentation that I had submitted. Meanwhile Nosicelo keeps me posted via e-mail. This turned out to be a futile exercise as she too asked for documentation, which I had sent to them already.</p> <p>Suddenly I noticed on the tracking site that the parcel will be returned to sender. I sent Nosicelo and Robert an e-mail asking for an explanation. I received NO reply from either one. Then I saw it was" in clearance" again in NY. After a couple more days it states that it is being sent back to me. Today another DHL employee sends me an e-mail that they will be delivering my parcel back to me................... FOR THE SECOND TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DHL YOU ARE BEYOND F****** USELESS!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>m.</p>
