Good day,

I have an order from china and the initial invoice i have recieved was 115 usd which i paid and i contacted your call center and i was advised that the invoice they have is 114 so i am basically failling to understand as to why should i pay extra R800?(please look at the tracking number ***)

When my first order arrived i did not pay any additional amount irrespective of a differences on the invoice, the invoice i have received was 85 usd and the one you have is 30 usd which a big difference and i did not pay anything. Please look at tracking ***.

I have looked at the terms and conditions in your website and it clearly states that any additional amount the shipper has to pay,now i am confused as to why should i pay extra R800.

One other thing is i am not impressed by some of your call centre agents who basically pressuries me to pay without any understanding and some of them were a bit rude.

can you kindly look at the matter

Thanks,

Tebogo
