Company cellphone withheld by DHL waybill:***
<p>My Boss took our company phone with him to London as there was no one in our DBN office. I joined the company in July and he courired the phone to me,the phone was received as a free handset with the 24month contract we have with MTN.I have forwarded all the documentation required but still DHL won't release the phone.Now it says I must get an ITAC permit from SARS, I went to SARS,after queing for over 2hrs I was told there's no need for that as the phone is part of a contract that is still in place.</p>

As discussed, I will investigation the reason for your shipment being held for clearance. The ITAC Permit however is required to clear used items to exempt the payment of Vat and Duties as it’s not a new item and if it has been requested then I will assist you in applying for one so the shipment can be cleared.
