Clearance event for more than 6 days...Still waiting even today...I'm very frastrated

I was expecting an import goods which were shipped via DHL Express, the goods came all way and got stuck with customs "clearance event" and not it's been many days. No body has contracted me to explain why is this happening. I called the offices in JHB, they gave me a number which they claimed was for Cape Town branch," ********** " which I called several times,but not picked up. I'm disappointed to the core...
