Clearance delay

i have been waiting for my shipment to arrive for over a month now. Its been stuck at custom's clearance for two weeks because they cant trace the payment but proof of payment has been sent to them. I have another parcel that i booked for collection three days ago and it's still sitting here. DHL is frustrating me and i keep on calling and i cant get through to the people i dealt with. So much for customer service!
