Clearance

When my supplier sent my parcel with DHL, I was at first pleasantly surprised to see that from pick up in Shenzhen to arriving in Cape Town it took less than 72 hours.<br> <br> Although this shouldn't really come as a surprise, my parcel has been at Cape Town stuck in a Clearance event for almost 96 hours (4 days), despite the duty, VAT and Disbur*****t fee being paid. Disbur*****t fee for what I\m not sure
