CHRISTMAS PRESENT

My son in New Zeeland sent me a Christmas Present the beginning of December 2021 Up to today the 21 of December I did not receive any Parcel via DHL. DHL keep on sending emails requiring my ID and Invoices of the content of the Parcel. I've sent them my ID but I do not know what is inside because it is suppose to be a surprise. Haven't seen my son for more then 2 years. DHL Invoiced me for Import TAX and if I do not pay they will NOT deliver the Parcel. My son provide the people in New Zeeland with all the information needed - BUT here in South Africa - OT Airport they keep on asking questions. I received several emails from DHL and I've responded to them all. They said they will deliver on the 17th of December. BUT NOTHING. It is Heartbreaking. I miss my son terribly and was looking forward to receive the Parcel. SO YOU CAN NOT EVEN SEND YOUR A FAMILY CHRISTMAS PRESENT ANYMORE !!!??? Elizabeth Claassen
